I have that sickness too. My friend gave me the garage door code to his vacation house. It happened to be a show so it was the soundtrack I listened to going over there and best of all I had the code/date labeled on the cds so I couldn't forget it. At the store, when I get a handful of change, I search through for all the 1965-1995 coins and pick one of the years to listen to a show when I get back to my iPod or pc. It's 8:07 now and that sounds like a good enough reason to listen to Alpine 8.7.82.

Wait, do you mean your friend used a show date for his garage door code, or did you just look at it and see a show date? (hope that makes sense)

It's interesting the way people's minds work. The numbers are very difficult for me, but I would do all right in a contest for remembering lyrics. I know lots of lyrics.

My buddy isn't a Deadhead, so it was unintentional on his part. I just looked at the numbers and the way I could remember them was 5877, oh, that's a show! And no, it wasn't Cornell. :-)

My mind works in numbers so that part is easy for me. Then my wife will say, how can you listen to the same song for hundreds of times and still botch the lyrics? Sad but true.
